This year marks the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s legendary album “Wish You Were Here”! Grieghallen celebrates with The Nordic Floyd Show, Norway’s top Pink Floyd tribute. Alongside the iconic album, they’ll perform other classics, promising an unforgettable night for all Pink Floyd fans. There are only a few tickets left, so hurry up if you want tickets!

Pub choir is a pretty new phenomenon where anyone can meet up to sing together as a big choir. This is basically a one-day choir. Usually you sing a popular song and stay for a couple of hours. Singing with strangers? What a lovely way to spend some beautiful hours together! Here you get the fun of a choir without having to sign up for it long-term. Bring a friend – or go alone! In March both Ole Bull Scene and USF Verftet host a pub choir evening.

In March, the University Museum presents Lysende liv (“Luminous Life”), an exhibition on stem cells. Scientists at the University of Bergen use fluorescent molecules to highlight cell components, aiding research on stem cells’ unique ability to transform and regenerate tissue. Shuntaro Yamada captures this process through microscope photography, offering a fascinating glimpse into biomedicine.

Just a short walk from Fløibanen’s last stop, you’ll find Skomakerdiket, where various events like ice bathing and outdoor yoga take place. In March, you can join two outdoor yoga sessions, followed by a vegetarian soup. Dress warmly, and if you need a yoga mat, you can request one from the instructor on email beforehand. Purified in Blood, a Norwegian band formed in 2003, initially disbanded in 2007 but reunited in 2008. They play nu-metal, a subgenre of alternative metal.
