Opus XVI is a lovely hotel located right next to the Bergen Fish Market and it’s only a short walk from the famous Bryggen. Herman Schirmer drew the building in 1876 in Italian Renaissance Revival architecture and it’s a majestic and stylish building. What used to be a bank was in 2017/2018 transformed into an elegant luxury hotel in the heart of Bergen. The hotel provides valet parking and has a great restaurant worth a visit. The bar hosts live jazz music every Friday evening.

Hotel Norge is a lovely and modern hotel in the center of town, close to both public transportation, restaurants, shopping and everything else the city center has to offer. It has been a popular hotel for years in Bergen as it opened its doors for the very first time in 1885. In 2018 it was completely renovated and the interior is now classy, modern and welcoming.
